1. How was the process of creating the Gmail account and setting up the Blog?
The process of creating the Gmail account and setting up the Blog was fairly easy for I have set up other accounts on these platforms before. The instructions given to me were very easy as well.
2. What do you expect to learn in this course?
In this course, I expect to learn a lot of about using the internet for art. I expect to learn how to become more organized with my time and how to do art on my own without a live instructor. It should be fun and I am very excited.
3. How do you feel about taking an online course?
This is one of two online courses I am taking this semester so I am a little nervous since I have never taken an online course before. I am stoked to learn how to organize my time while taking an online course and I think I will be fine.
4. What three things in the Growth Mindset videos do you believe most apply to you?
In the Growth Mindset videos, the first thing that I could relate with was the part in the orientation video when the guy said that he lost sleep from battling being a full time student and having a part time job. The second thing that applies to me is when John Legend explained that every successful person has failed at what they loved to do at least once, because I have failed at things I love but have gotten better at it over time. The last thing that applied to me was having a growth mindset for I believe there is always room for improvement and no matter how good you are at something, you can always get better at it.
